Full Time Healthcare Recruiter/Employment Specialist;
This position is located in Lexington, Ky.
Responsible for providing the highest level of staffing services and delivery of high quality candidates to Cardinal Hill leadership. This will be accomplished through the development of local and national recruiting plans, employing traditional sourcing strategies and resources, as well as developing new creative recruiting ideas. Work with leadership to develop a recruiting strategy that is aligned with CHHS mission. This position performs the full cycle of the recruiting process throughout the organization and maintains excellent relationships with hiring managers, candidates, staff members, and the community.

Job Requirements
Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business, Communications, Marketing or other related field is required. PHR, SPHR, or CHCR Certification Preferred.
4 to 5 years experience in full lifecycle recruiting preferred; healthcare industry experience helpful.
