We allow employees to carry over up to 3 vacation days but they must use them by 3/31 of the following year.

I would like to know if employees are allowed to carry over to the next year any unused vacation days and/or sick days, if unused vacation days are paid out at any point, and what the vacation/sick leave allowances are. I need this information from companies who employ around 100 employees.
